I wanted to share the value that I have derived from Schulich’s Teaching and Learning weekly “Drop-In Sessions”. In addition to recently having important issues addressed and resolved, I appreciate having the sense of reassurance that a valuable resource will be available at a couple of designated times throughout the week. Sometimes I find it best to talk to a live person and knowing that I can connect with someone makes these sessions extremely valuable.

The Zoom/Canvas Drop-in Sessions have proven to be an absolute essential resource to me, both in terms of setup assistance for online lecture delivery, but also from student feedback regarding ease of access to course material and assignments.  The quality of support provided by the Team has been amazing.  The Team has an amazing understanding of every aspect of the Zoom/Canvas/Echo360 platforms and their willingness and enthusiasm to help resolve issues is much appreciated.
