Staff Room Bookings

Select and review a brief overview of the Schulich and McEwen classrooms with regards to room capacity, catering friendly rooms, room format, and available electrical outlets. For more information about classroom technology or to submit a technology request, please visit the classroom technology site. If you are requesting a room due to rescheduling a class, please also note the policy on class rescheduling.

Booking Space for Academic/Non-Academic Related Events

To submit a request for space in the Schulich School of Business, McEwen Graduate Study & Research Building, or the Nadal campus, please complete the Staff Room Booking Form that best suits your needs.

Multiple Date or Time Requests

For multiple date or time requests for the same booking, download this excel template, save it to your desktop, change the file name to the name of your event, fill in your request details (do not re-order columns or change format of spreadsheet), and use the “File Upload” feature on the Staff Room Booking Form to make your submission.
