Instructors can message classes, sections, project groups or individual students using the Canvas Inbox.
Messages are routed to students’ email. Both instructors and students can reply to messages directly from their email.
Instructors can also message students from the Canvas Gradebook. Instructors can message students who scored above or below a particular score, who have assignments outstanding or whose assignments have not been graded yet.
